The AI Tools Assessment
Know where AI will help, and where it won't.
Nyssa studies how your team actually works, identifies the strongest first opportunity, and gives you a written, defensible recommendation before you commit to anything larger.
- 45-minute discovery call
- Clear written recommendation
- $999 credited toward implementation for 14 days
How it works
Five steps, from first call to a decision you can defend.
Nothing here is open-ended. Each step has a clear input, a clear output, and a clear next step.
- 01
Discovery call
45 minutes with your team to learn how work actually happens, not how the org chart says it should.
- 02
Analysis
We map where knowledge is scattered, where questions repeat, and which AI opportunities are realistic for a firm your size.
- 03
Written recommendation
3-7 useful AI opportunities, ranked by payoff, delivered as a concise report you can act on immediately.
- 04
Review call
We walk through the recommendation together and answer every question before you decide anything.
- 05
Your decision
Move forward within 14 days and the $999 is credited in full toward implementation. Or don't. The recommendation is yours either way.
What the assessment determines
Not every assessment ends in a Knowledge Base sale.
The assessment exists to find the right first move, whatever that turns out to be. Here's the full range of honest outcomes.
- Knowledge Base implementation
- When answers are scattered across documents, messages, and people, and a grounded system would help most.
- Tool recommendation
- When an existing, well-scoped AI tool solves the problem without a custom build.
- Automation opportunity
- When the friction is repetitive admin work, not a knowledge or judgment problem.
- Nyssa Advisory
- When the firm wants an ongoing partner to evaluate opportunities and prevent AI sprawl.
- Future process-clarity work
- When the real issue is unclear workflows, not knowledge access. This is a separate, expanded engagement.
- No build yet
- When the honest answer is that nothing is worth funding right now. We'll tell you plainly.
Common questions
What people ask before booking.
What if you recommend we don't need anything yet?
Then that's the recommendation. You get a clear, defensible answer instead of a guess, and you keep it either way.
Is the $999 refundable?
The fee covers the discovery call, analysis, and written recommendation, regardless of what you decide afterward. It becomes implementation credit only if you move forward within 14 days.
Do we need to know anything about AI beforehand?
No. Bring us the problem, not the solution. Naming the tool is our job, not a prerequisite for booking.
How is this different from a generic AI strategy consultant?
You receive a specific, written recommendation naming real opportunities, not a framework, a maturity model, or a slide deck.
Conversion path
Your assessment fee becomes implementation credit for 14 days.
If you move forward after the review call, the $999 is credited toward the implementation package in full. If you don't, you keep the recommendation.
